Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order at Amarlen! Below you will find our shipping policy.

Shipping Information
We currently ship within Germany. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other international destinations.

Processing & Delivery Times
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery time: 4–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
Daily cut-off time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00)

Orders placed before 17:00 will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Status
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation immediately, please don’t worry. Your order will be delivered within the stated timeframe.

Changes to Your Order
Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order. Please note that custom items and pre-orders cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Incorrect Address Information
Amarlen is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to incorrectly entered address details.

Item Not Received
If your order has not been received but the tracking shows that it has been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us at info@amarlen.com.

Track Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at info@amarlen.com and we will be happy to assist you.
