Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products, and items marked as final sale.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@amarlen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amarlen.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
