At Amarlen, we are dedicated to crafting bespoke garments tailored to your unique measurements and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we adhere to a specific policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase:


1. Bespoke Garments

Our bespoke garments are custom-made to meet your precise specifications. As such, they are:

  • Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable: These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been placed.
  • Exceptions for Defects or Damages: In the rare case that a bespoke garment arrives damaged or defective, we will address the issue. Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Important Note: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke garments, they are not suitable for restocking or resale, which is why we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless a defect or damage is verified.


2. Reporting Damages or Concerns

If your order is damaged, defective, or you encounter any other concerns, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Use our website’s ‘Contact Us’ form to submit your concern, including detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
  3. Our team will promptly investigate and work with you to resolve the matter.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in the inability to address your concern.


3. Ready-to-Ship Items

Our ready-to-ship garments are individually handcrafted, ensuring each piece is truly unique. Please note:

  • Natural Variations: Slight differences in texture, stitching, or detailing are normal in handcrafted products and reflect the individuality of each piece. These are not considered defects and, therefore, do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

4. Alteration Policy

At this time, we do not offer alteration services for products post-delivery. While we strive to ensure a perfect fit with our bespoke garments, we kindly ask that you review all measurements and specifications carefully before placing your order.


5. Return Label Policy

In the event that a return is authorized under special circumstances:

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses.
  • No Prepaid Labels: Amarlen does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

6. Disclaimer

Amarlen reserves the right to:

  • Decline any refund or return request that does not comply with this policy.
  • Refuse a refund for any reason deemed appropriate by our management, including but not limited to situations where our refund policy criteria are not met.
